摘要
[目的]了解近几年南阳市饮料卫生质量停滞不前的原因和解决存在的卫生问题。[方法]采用调查表、问卷进行现场调查,抽取饮料样品检验,按照饮料厂生产规模进行分类统计。[结果]饮料厂生产规模不同,其卫生条件、从业人员卫生素质及所产饮料合格率经x^2检验差异均具有显著性。[结论]饮料厂卫生条件、从业人员素质是影响饮料卫生质量的主要因素,中小型及个体户饮料厂的产品卫生质量问题是卫生监督工作的重点。
[Object]To investigate the reason for the stagnation of Nan Yang' s beverage hygienic quality . [Method] Adopt the way of questionnaire , random sampling and classified statistics according to plants scale. [ Result ] Significant differences exists in hygienic situation, hygienic quality of the staff and the beverage's qualification rate due to different production scale. [Conclusion]Sanitation state and staff quality are two decisive elements on the beverage quality. Emphasis should be put on supervising the hygienic quality of small and medium - sized beverage plants.
