摘要
本文介绍了余甘子形态特征、物候期、结果特性、生长发育周期、生态习性以及果实贮藏加工利用技术等,指出了当前余甘子研究和开发利用中存在的问题,并提出了相应对策措施。
The characteristics of emblic (Phyllanthus emblica) are introduced, in-eluding the distribution area, morphology, phenologic phase, cycle of growth and development, ecologic habit, fruiting regularity, cultivar type, nutritious and medicinal value, and the techniques of culture, fruit storage and processing. The problems and relevant solutions on the emblic research and its utilization are also pointed out.
