摘要
目的 :观察大鼠高原严重烧伤后心肌酶谱的变化和复方红景天制剂 (RACC)对其的影响 ;方法 :在 3 480m高海拔地区成功复制大鼠 3 0 %Ⅲ度烧伤模型 ,动态观察了烧伤后心肌酶谱 (包括LDH、α -HDH、AKP、同功酶MB型及GOT)的变化 ;结果 :伤后 3小时 ,在实验组和对照组的心肌酶均显著高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,然后心肌酶谱逐渐下降 ,并在术后 72小时接近正常。实验组的心肌酶谱水平则显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;结论 :RACC可对严重烧伤后心肌提供一定的保护作用 。
To study the changes of myocardial enzymogram and the effects of Radioda and Astragalus codonopsis compound (RACC) on myocardial enzymogram in rats model with severe burn at 3 480m altitude.Method:A total of 104 rats were randomly diveded into:①experimental model group(EG),who were given co-Radioda 4ml by oral after burn at once;②control model group (CG),given the normal saline 4ml after burn at once;③normal control group (NG),The serum Level of myocardial enzymogram,LDN,α-HDH,AKP,isoenzyme MB type and GOP,were examined.Results:The level of all enzyme were significantly increased (P<0.01) in EG and CG in 3hs burn and dicreased gradually to a normal level after 72hs burn compared with NG.The level of total enzyme were lower (P<0.01) in EG that in CG.Conclusion:There is a protective effect of RACC on myocardum of rats with burn at high altitude.
