摘要
油桐尺蠖能被油桐尺蠖核型多角体病毒感染致死。防治试验表明:病毒浓度大时,潜伏期短,死亡快、死亡率大,浓度低时,潜伏期相应延长,死亡率也相应增大;不同的感染方式其致病力不同,死亡时间也不相同;在林地大面积防治效果为95%以上,并有远距离的扩散和后效作用。
Tung oil tree geometrid (Buzura suppressaria ) can be infected to death by nuclear polyhedrosis virus in Buzura suppressaria. The protection test indicated that when the virus concentration was high, the latent period was short, quick death of the insect was observed and the mortality was also high. When the virus concentration was low, the latent period was prolonged and the mortality became greater. The lethal capacity differed with the ways of infection, so did the time of death. The effect of field application on a larage scale reached over 95 per cent Long-distance dispersion and a post-effect were also obtained.
