益气活血法治疗椎-基底动脉型颈椎病102例

Reinforcing QI and Activating Blood Circulation for Treating 102 Cases with Vertebroarterial Type Cervical Spondylosis

为观察益气活血法治疗椎 -基底动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效 ,应用补阳还五汤治疗椎 -基底动脉型颈椎病。结果显示 1 0 2例患者临床总有效率 91 .2 %。经 TCD检测能够显著改善椎 -基底动脉收缩期流速峰值 ( Vp) ,舒张末期流速峰值 ( Vd) ,P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1。说明中医益气活血法治疗椎 -基底动脉型颈椎病是通过扩张椎 -基底动脉 。

To observe clinical effects of the therapy of reinforcing QI and activating blood circulation(RQABC) on vertebroarterial type cervical spondylosis,decoction for invigorating YANG was used.The results showed that the total effective rate was 91.2% in 102 cases and RQABC was proved to be able to obviously improve the systolic and late diastolic peak flow velocity through the transcranial Doppler(TCD) examinations(P<0.05～0.01).It indicates that RQABC may improve vertebroaterial type cervical spondylosis by dilatating vertebroartery and increasing blood sources.\;
