目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)病人超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化及其临床意义。 方法 观察了 2 0例急性期、12例缓解期COPD病人和 10例健康老年人 ,采用放射免疫法和分光光度测定法测定血清SOD、CAT活性和MDA含量 ,1秒钟用力肺活量实测值 /预计值百分比(FEV1 0 % )。 结果 ①COPD组MDA含量高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但是SOD、CAT含量明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。急性期病人的SOD、CAT活性低于缓解期 (P分别 <0 0 5 ,<0 0 1) ,MDA含量显著高于缓解期 (P <0 0 1)。②SOD活性与MDA含量呈显著直线负相关 (r =-0 48 P <0 0 0 1) ,MDA含量与FEV1 0 %呈显著直线负相关 (r =-0 3 8 P <0 0 1)。 结论 COPD病人MDA含量增高 ,而SOD、CAT活性降低 ,且MDA水平与病情严重度一致 ,氧化

Objective To study the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase(CAT),malonaldehyde(MDA) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and their clinical significance. Methods 20 patients with COPD in the acute stage,12 ptients with COPD in the remission stage and 10 healthy old persons were observed.The activities of SOD,CAT,the value of MDA in serum were measured by radioimmunoassay and spectrophotometry.The ratio of actual value to the predict value of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV 1 0 %)was evaluated. Results ①The value of MDA in the groups of COPD was higher than that of control group ( P <0 05).But the activities of SOD,CAT were remarkably lower than that of control group( P <0 01).The activities of SOD and CAT in the acute stage were lower than that of the remission stage( P <0 05 and 0 01,respectively).But the value of MDA was significantly higher than that of the remission stage( P <0 01).②The activity of SOD was significantly negatively correlated with the value of MDA( r =-0 48, P <0 001).The value of MDA was significantly negatively correlated with FEV 1 0 %( r =-0 38, P <0 01). Conclusions There is a increased level of serum MDA and decreased activity of SOD and CAT in COPD.The level of MDA was associated with the severity of COPD.The imbalance between oxidation and antioxidation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of COPD.
