以羟基喜树碱为主联合治疗晚期大肠癌

Combined treatment of late colorectal cancer with the main HCPT

目的 评价以羟基喜树碱 (HCPT)为主联合 5 -FU、CF治疗晚期大肠癌疗效及毒副反应。方法 将 5 6例病人随机分为Ⅰ组 2 0例 ,采用HCPT + 5 -FU +CF方案 ;Ⅱ组 18例 ,应用CDDP + 5 -FU +CF方案 ;Ⅲ组 18例 ,采用 5 -FU +CF方案。 4周为 1周期 ,共完成 6个周期。比较各组疗效及毒副作用。结果 Ⅰ组有效率 (CR +PR) 5 0 % ,Ⅱ组 33 3 % ,Ⅲ组 11 1% ,各组之间比较有显著性差异。结论 在无条件行体外肿瘤细胞药敏试验的情况下 ,以HCPT为主联合方案治疗晚期大肠癌疗效肯定 ,病人耐受性好 。

Aim To evaluate the therapeutic effects and side effects in treating late colorectal cancer with the main Hydroxycamptothecine(HCPT) combining with 5-fluorouracil(5-FU ) and folinic acid(CF). Methods 56 cases of patients were randomly divided into three groups. In the first group 20 patients were treated with HCPT+5-FU+CF, in the second 18 patients with CDDP+5-FU+CF,and the third 18 patients with 5-FU+CF. Six periods were finished in the treatment and each period lasted 4 weeks. The therapeutic effects of every group were compared. Results The effective rate of the three groups was 50%, 33.3% and 11.1% respectively. The results were significant significantly different ly different.Conclusion If there is no condition to do the experiment of drug sensitivity in external tumour cells ,the therapeutic effects in treating late colorectal cancer with the main HCPT are positive and patients have good endurance, so it is worth applying and disseminating.
