补阳还五汤合降纤酶治疗脑梗塞30例

30 CerebraI Thrombosis Cases Treatment with Bu-Yang-huan-Wu Decoction and Brinolase

目的 :观察补阳还五汤合降纤酶治疗脑梗塞的疗效。方法 :选择诊断明确的脑梗塞 6 0例 ,分成治疗组 30例 ,用补阳还五汤合降纤酶治疗 ;对照组 30例 ,单纯用降纤酶治疗 ,疗程 30天 ,比较其疗效。结果 :治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为 96 .7%、80 % ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :本法可提高治愈率、减少致残率。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Bu Yang huan Wu Decoction combined with brinolase in the Treatment of Cerebral Thrombosis. Methods:60 clinical diagnosed cerebral thrombosis cases were divided at random into 2 groups:combined treatment group(30 cases treated with brinolase and Bu Yang huan Wu Decoction) and control group(30 cases treatd only with brinolase. The therapy went on for 30 days followed by the therapeutic observations.Results:The total effective rates were 96.7% (combined treatment group) and 80%(control group) with significant difference( P <0.0l).Conclusions:Bu Yang huan Wu Decoction could raise the therapeutic effectiveness in treating cerebral thrombosis and better the patients' life quality.
