丹参对大鼠乙醇性胃粘膜损伤的影响

The Effect of Danshen on Ethanol-Induced Gastric Mucosal Lesion in Rats

采用 10 0 %乙醉复制大鼠乙醇性胃粘膜损伤 (Ethanol-inducedGastricMucosalLesioninRats ,EGMLR)模型 ,观察了丹参和甲氰咪胍对大鼠乙醇性胃粘膜损伤的作用。结果显示 :丹参组的胃粘膜损伤指数低于甲氰咪胍组和对照组 ,P <0 .0 1,胃粘液糖蛋白含量高于甲氰咪胍组和对照组 ,P <0 .0 1。结果提示 :丹参具有抗乙醇性胃粘膜损伤的作用 。

Using the model of ethanol-induced gastric mucous lesion with 100% ethanol in rats. the effects of Danshen and cimetidin on ethanol-induced gastric mucous lesion were observed. The results showed the index of gastric mucous lesion of Danshen group was lower than that of the cimetidine group and the control group (P<0.01). The content of gastric mucous glycoprotein was higher than that of the cimetidine group and the control group (P<0.01). Danshen can resist ethanol-induced gastric mucous lesion, its mechanism may be strengthening the effect of gastric mucous barrier.
