在缺血鼠脑中尼莫地平对FADD、FAP-1表达的影响

Nimodipine influence on the expression of FADD、FAP-1 after rats cerbral ischemia

目的 :探讨脑缺血再灌注后 FADD、 FAP- 1的表达及尼莫地平对它们的影响。方法 :用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型 ,用免疫组化法检测 FADD、 FAP- 1的表达。结果 :对照组及治疗组大鼠缺血再灌注后均有FADD、 FAP- 1的表达 ,治疗组 FAP- 1的表达明显增多 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :大鼠脑缺血再灌注引起了 FADD、 FAP- 1的表达 ,尼莫地平对 FAP- 1的表达有促进作用。

Objective:To study the expression of FADD?FAP 1 after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion, and Nimodipine influence on the expression of them. Methods: Rats cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model was established wtih suture method. The expression of FADD?FAP 1 were observed with immunohistochemistry. Results: We found the expression of FADD and FAP l after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in the therapeutic group and control group, the expression of FAP 1 increased significantly (P<0.01) in therapeutic group. Conclusion: Rats cerebral/reperfusion induced the expression of FADD and FAP 1, Nimodipine might promote FAP 1 expression.\;
