摘要
目的 :观察人类 2型糖尿病模型—— C5 7BL/ Ks Jdb/ db(db/ db)小鼠内侧隔核 -斜角带核 NOS阳性神经元变化。方法 :糖尿病组 :6周龄 5 7CBL/ Ks J(db+/ db+)小鼠 5只 ,尾静脉空腹血糖高于 11.1mmol/ L且肥胖。对照组 :非糖尿病小鼠 C5 7BL/ Ks J(?/ +) 5只 ,尾静脉空腹血糖低于 6 .0 mmol/ L 体重正常。于 30周龄 (成模第 6月末 )时 ,灌注固定取脑 ,以 NADPH- d组化法显示内侧隔核 -斜角带核 NOS阳性神经元。结果 :与正常对照组相比 ,糖尿病小鼠内侧隔核 -斜角带核 NOS阳性神经元密度显著减少 (P<0 .0 1)。结论
Objective: To study the changes of NOS positive cells of genetically diabetic C57BL/KsJ db/db mice in septum medialis-diagonal band. Materials and Methods: Chose 5 obese C57BL/KsJ db/db mice of 6 weeks old with fast blood glucose (FBG) higher than 11.1mmol/L as diabetic group and 5 normal weight C57BL/KsJ (?/+) minc with FBG lower than 6.0mmol/L as normal group. Mice were killed at 30 weeks and NADPH-diaphorase histochemistry were used to visualize NOS positive cells.Results: Compared to the normal control group, NOS positive cells in deabetic group decreased significantly.Conclusion: These pathological changes may be involve in functional changes of nerve central system.
