摘要
目的 :制备紫杉醇微球 (囊 )。方法 :以明胶 (A)作为包合囊材 ,采用单凝法 ,以适当的材料作为阻滞剂 ,对紫杉醇原料进行包合制备微球并对制备工艺进行了初步的研究。结果 :以 10 %的明胶液体、控制转速 (2 40±10 )r·min-1、pH4.0～ 4.5的条件形成微球 (囊 )。 结论 :该方法形成微球 (囊 )稳定、成本低 ,重复性好 ,可作为紫杉醇微球 (囊 )制备的一项新的工艺。
Objective:In order to reduce the toxic side effects,preparation of paclitaxel microsphere has been studied.Methods and Results:Paclitaxel microsphere was prepared by single coacervation method using gelatin as encapsulating agent in addition of an apropriate inhibitor.Conclusion:The paclitaxel microsphere thus prepared is stable.The process is reproducible with low cost. [
