氟康唑搽剂的制备及临床应用

Preparation of fluconazole liniment and its clinical applications

目的 :研制氟康唑搽剂。方法 :用紫外分光光度法测定搽剂中氟康唑的含量 ,制定制剂的质量标准 ,并进行临床疗效观察。结果 :制剂质量稳定 ,回收率为 10 1.2 5 % ,RSD为 0 .8%。结论 :氟康唑搽剂制备工艺简单 ,含量测定操作简便 。

Objective:To prepare the fluconazole liniment.Methods:Fluconazole liniment was prepared,its quality standard was established,and its clinical efficacy was observed.Results:The quality of the fluconazole liniment thus prepared was stable.The determination method had a recovery rate of 101.25% and a RSD of 0.8%.Conclusion:A preparation procedure for fluconazole liniment and a method for determining its content are provided by the authors.\;[
