基层幼儿园园长心理健康状况调查分析

An Investigation and Analysis on the Principal's State of Mental Health in Primary kindergarten

幼儿园园长的心理健康状况密切关系到幼儿园管理的有效开展和幼儿心理的健康成长。本调查采用 SCL-90症状自评量表 ,对 64名基层城镇幼儿园园长的心理健康状况进行测量研究。结果表明在基层幼儿园园长中存在一定的心理健康问题 ;表现较突出的心理症状因子有 :人际关系敏感、强迫、抑郁、偏执和躯体化 ;年龄较大的园长比年轻园长的自评结果较好。文章从 5个方面分析了影响园长心理健康的因素 ,并提出了

In kindergarten,the principal's mental health has a great influence on the development of management and the psychological growth of the children.This investigation applies The self-report symptom inventory,Symptom check list-90(SCL-90) to measure sixty-four principals' state of mental health in primary kindergarten.The result shows that there exists some mental problems among the principals.The more obvious Psychological symptom factors are as follows;interpersonal relationship sensitiveness,compulsion,depression,paranoid and somatization.The result of The older ones is better than that of the younger ones in terms of checking.This article analyses the factors which affect the principals' mental health from five side,and accordingly put forward four suggestions.
