CT引导下穿刺活检35例临床分析

THE CLINIAL APPLICATION OF PERCUTANEOUS BIOPSY UNDER CT GUIDED AN ANALYSIS OF 35 CASES

目的 :探讨CT引导下穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法 :对诊断困难的 35例病人CT引导下穿刺活检 ,穿刺部位包括胸部 2 3例、腹部 7例、躯干及四肢 5例 ,CT扫描确定穿刺点、角度和深度 ,局麻下进针后 ,CT扫描确认针尖到达预定位置后进行活检取材。结果 :35个病灶 ,穿刺成功率 10 0 % ,确诊率 97 1% (34 / 35 )。结论 :CT引导下穿刺活检操作简单、安全、成功率高 。

OBJECTIVE:To explore the clinical application value of percutaneous biopsy under CT-guided.METHOD:CT-guided percutaneous biopsy was performed in 35 patients which couldn't diagonise clearly.Lesions were located in chest(n=23),abdomen(n=7),trunk and extremity(n=5).The poimt,the angle and the depth of puncture were measured on CT images.Biopsy were performed after again CT scanning to show the location of needle.RESULTS:35 lesions were done,the successful rate was 100%,the defined diagonostic rate was 97.1%(34/35).CONCLUSION:The technique of percutaneous biopsy under CT-guided is simple,safe,high successful rate,and is valued to popularize in clinical practice.
