网箱养殖卵形鲳鱼参和布氏鲳鱼参分类性状的研究

Studies on taxonomic characters of Trachinotus ovatus and Trachinotus blochii from net cage mariculture

本文对厦门和龙海海水网箱养殖的卵形鲳鱼参(Trachinotusovatus)和布氏鲳鱼参(T .blochii)进行了形态分类的比较研究 ,从计数性状和量度性状以及骨骼系统鉴别种间差异 ,证实这两种鲳鱼参是同属中的不同种类。

The taxonomic characters of the ovate pompano Trachinotus ovatus and the snobnose pompano Trachinotus blochii , cultured in net cages along the coastal waters of Xiamen and Longhai were studied in this article. On the basis of meristic characters and morphometric characters as well as skeleton system, the main interspecific differences between these two species were identified as follows: (1)The 1st predorsal interneural spine looks like an inverted “L” in shape in T. ovatus , while it is oval in shape in T. blochii ; (2)The anterior margin of the 1st and the 2nd combined interhaemal spines is straighter in T. ovatus , while it is slightly curved in T. blochii ; (3)The central parts of the 4th pair of ventral ribs are enlarged in T. ovatus , while they are not enlarged in T. blochii ;(4)There are 16～18 pyloric caeca in T. ovatus , while there are 23～24 pyloric caeca in T. blochii . The results from the present study have proved that these two pompanos are the different species in the same genus.
