HS型电拖网作业对养殖日本对虾伤害性效应的试验

摘要 本试验包含 :对 2种电拖网现场所获日本对虾的短期表观效应的对照观测、作业所获日本对虾的正常和病弱个体的存活实验 ,对对虾正常个体的模拟电击存活实验以及对试验池对虾生长情况的中长期观测。结果表明 ,HS型电拖网作业对养殖日本对虾未构成可见伤害。同时发现某些捕获作业的伤害效应可能促成虾病的发生。 The test includes following approaches: comparative observation on short term character and behavior of P. japanicus captived by 2 kinds of electrical trawls, comparative observation on postcaptive sirvival rate of the “normal” and sick shrimp captived by model HS trawl and trap net, observation on survival rate of the shrimps stimulated with simulating electro shock , and long term observation on shrimp growing in test ponds. The result shows: the operation made by model HS electric trawl takes no evident hamful effects to the cultured shrimp. In addition,the injuring effcts made by some other fishing activities may impel virus epizootic (desease) happening.
