摘要
通过XRD和EXAFS等表征技术对活性焦担载氧化铜脱硫剂在NH3 气氛中的再生行为进行了表征 ,发现再生过程中NH3 仅将硫化所生成CuSO4 中的SO4 2 -选择性还原为SO2 ,而未与Cu2 +发生反应 ,保持了铜物种在活性焦表面良好的分散性 。
The regeneration of the used Cu/AC desulfurizer in NH 3 stream was investigated and characterized by XRD and EXAFS techniques.The used Cu/AC can be completely regenerated at about 300℃. During the regeneration, SO 4 2- in formed CuSO 4 was selectively reduced by NH 3 into SO 2, but copper species can not be reduced and stayed as CuO following a reaction of 3CuSO 4 + 2NH 3 = 3CuO + N 2 + 3SO 2 + 3H 2O. Such a process effectively prevents copper species from aggregation.
