二正丁基锡邻二茂铁基苯甲酸酯配合物的合成、表征及其体外抗癌活性 被引量:2

摘要 用 2 Fe C6 H4CO2 H和 (n Bu) 2 SnO反应合成了 (2 Fe C6 H4CO2 ) 2 Sn(n Bu) 2 (A)和 { [2 Fe C6 H4CO2 )Sn(n Bu) 2 ]2 O} (B) (Fe =(η5 C5H5)Fe(η5 C5H4)两种新的二正丁基锡配合物 ,并用元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振(1 H、1 3C)谱等方法对配合物的组成和结构进行了表征 ,由此推测出配合物可能的分子结构。测定了配合物的体外抗癌活性 ,结果表明配合物对HL 6 0、HCT、BGC 82 3、KB等癌细胞均有很好的抑制能力。 By the reaction of ( n Bu) 2SnO with 2 Fe C 6H 4CO 2H(Fe=Ferrocenyl),the novel complexes (2 Fe C 6H 4CO 2) 2Sn( n Bu) 2 (A) and {[(2 Fe C 6H 4CO 2)Sn( n Bu) 2] 2O} 2 (B) have been synthesized.The composition and structure of the novel complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis,IR and NMR( 1H, 13 C) spectroscopy,and their possible molecular structures were suggested.The in vitro antitumour activity of the novel complexes has been tested.The result shows that the novel complexes exhibit glamorous antitumour activity in vitro against HL 60?HCT 8?BGC 823?KB tumour cells.
