摘要
在制备PB膜修饰铂盘电极的基础上 ,利用修饰电极对过氧化氢的电催化还原特性 ,制得了性能优良的葡萄糖传感器。作者系统地考察了有关修饰膜制备和测试实验条件对传感器性能的影响 ,结果表明传感器的最佳工作电位是 0 .0 5V ,测试溶液的最适pH值为 6 .5。在选定的工作条件下 ,传感器的检测灵敏度为 80nA mmol·L- 1 ,线性范围为 0 .1~ 5mmol·L- 1 ,响应时间为 1.5min ,寿命在 1个月以上 ,表观米氏常数为 2 1mmol·L- 1 。本方法制得的传感器能有效消除抗坏血酸、尿酸的干扰 ,有望用于血液中葡萄糖的直接测定。
A glucose microbiosensor is reported.It is based on the modified electrode by Prussian blue which has a excellent electrocatalytic property to hydrogen peroxide reduction.The experimental conditions related to the preperation and characterization of sensor have been studied in detail.The results show that the optimun detection potential is 0.05V (vs.SCE) and the optimun pH is6.0.Under selective conditions the sensor showed excellent sensitivity of 80nA/mmol·L -1 and a linear range of 0.1~0.5mmol·L -1 .The apparent Michanelis\|Menten constant of the sensor is 21mmol·L -1 .The response time is less than 1.5min.In addition to good reproducibility of the enzyme biosensor,no apparent change in the response to glucose was observed after one month.Foremost,the interference of ascorbic acid and uric acid can be avoid with the low detected potential,thus the sensor is expected to detect the glucose in serum directly by the prensent method.
