摘要
报道了D 氨基葡萄糖、α 甘氨酸与Cu(Ⅱ )、Zn(Ⅱ )、Fe(Ⅲ )、Co(Ⅲ )、Ni(Ⅱ )形成的混配物的合成方法 ,通过元素分析、IR、UV Vis、1 HNMR、1 3CNMR等手段对配合物进行了表征。采用Pryrogallol NBT比色法对化合物清除超氧自由基 (O-2 )的能力进行了测试 ,结果表明各配位体对超氧自由基 (O-2 )均有一定的清除作用。
Copper(Ⅱ),Zinc(Ⅱ),Iron(Ⅲ),Cobalt(Ⅲ) and Nickel(Ⅱ) complexes derived from D glucosamine and α glycine were synthesized.These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,UV vis, 1HNMR, 13 CNMR ,conductivity measurement and rational activity measurement.It is suggested these complexes have pseudo octahedral structure.The tests of the scavenging effect on the superoxidefree radical from all the compounds have been studied by Pryrogallol NBT Colormetric Method,the results show that all the complexes except Zn(Ⅱ)GluG are O - 2 scavengers.
