添加剂对二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺合成和性能影响的研究

Studies of Influence of Additive on BDM's Synthesis and Properties

采用丙酮为溶剂并在反应前向体系中添加少量醇类添加剂的方法 ,合成了二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺(BDM ) ,同时与无添加剂体系作了比较。研究了添加剂及其用量对BDM产物的收率、副产物和各种性能的影响 ,用IR、DSC、SEM及GT等方法对BDM进行了测试和表征。结果表明 ,有醇类添加剂时BDM产物的基本化学结构没有变化 ,但反应的收率下降 ,副产物含量减少 ,物态有所变化 ,溶解度略有增加 ,凝胶化时间变短 ,热聚合 (固化 )速率加快 ,表观活化能下降 。

A kind of BDM was prepd. by adding some alcohol additives in synthetic processes. The influences of additives of different category and volume on the product's yield and properties were also characterized by IR, DSC, SEM, GT etc. The results show that the chemical structure of this kind of BDM is same to that of BDM without additives.However,its properties,especially polymeric rate,reactivity and solubility are enhanced to some extent,and the content of by products is reduced greatly.
