摘要
通过原位本体聚合制备三异辛氧基混合稀土改性的聚苯乙烯 ,采用FT -IR、UV、FS和DMTA等手段研究三异辛氧基混合稀土对PS性能的影响 ,并测定其冲击强度。结果表明 ,改性PS的荧光强度随稀土含量的增加而提高 ;DMTA表明改性PS的玻璃化温度比纯PS的低 ,同时改性PS在低温 - 85℃左右有一个较大的 β转变峰 ,冲击强度亦有明显提高 。
Polystyrene modified with mixed rare earth triisooctoxide was prepared by in situ bulk polymerization. The modified polystyrene was characterized by FT-IR,UV,FS, DMTA etc and the impact strength was determined. It is shown that the fluorescence strength of the modified polystyrene is increased with increasing the rare earth content. T g of the modified polystyrene is lower than that of PS. There is a large β transition at -85?℃ in the DMTA curve of the modified polystyrene. The impact strength of modified polystyrene is higher than that of PS. Therefore it can be concluded that the modified polystyrene has better impact properties at low temperature.
