摘要 将聚二甲基硅氧烷制成弹性印章 ,然后用十八烷基三氯硅烷 ( OTS)在经过亲水处理的玻璃基片上微接触印刷 ,得到图形化的亲水 -疏水表面 ,通过简单的疏水作用 ,得到了规整排列的硝酸铅、硝酸锌、氯化镉等盐类晶体阵列 ,经 H2 S气体处理 ,将它们转化成为硫化物晶体点阵 .还将印刷过的基片放在反应液中沉积硫化铅 。 An elastomeric stamp with micro patterns on the surface was molded out of poly(dimethylsiloxane). Then the micro contact printing was carried out on the glass substrate with octadecyltrichlorosilane(OTS), which produced hydrophobic micro patterns on hydrophilic substrate. After the substrate was drawn out from salt solution, the solution drops could stay in the hydrophilic microzone to give regular CdCl 2, Zn(NO 3) 2 and Pb(NO 3) 2 micro crystal arrays . The latter compounds were then converted to sulfide arrays by reacting with H 2S. The PbS micropatterns with printed substrate can also be produced by the same proceduce via solution deposition method.
