摘要
考察了 5种金属离子作为第 2组分对 Mo/HZSM-5催化性能的影响 ,发现 Zn、W、Cu、Cr、Ni的加入均在不同程度上提高了催化剂的甲烷芳构化活性和选择性 ,甲烷转化率接近热力学平衡值 .通过对异丙醇分解、NH3-TPD-MS、积炭量的测定等方法对催化剂进行了评价 ,其结果均可与芳构化相关联 :芳烃收率高 ,稳定性好的催化剂其积炭量较少 。
The promotion effects of Zn,W,Cu,Cr and Ni additives on the methane aromatization performances of Mo/HZSM 5 catalyst have been investigated. Much higher conversion and selectivity for methane were observed on modified Mo M/HZSM 5. The methods of isopropanol decomposition, NH 3 TPD MS and thermal analysis were used for characterization of the catalysts. The results appeared to be related with the methane aromatization performance that catalyst which gave high aromatics yield and good stability had fewer carbon deposit and considerable acid amount, as well as certain strong acid amount and relative strong dehydrogenating sites.
