摘要
研究了带有电荷注入检测器的等离子体光谱仪测定Li、Na、K的分析性能。测定了碱金属主要分析线的检出限,标准曲线的线性动态范围,元素间的相互影响。探讨了RSD与浓度的关系及Na对等离子体稳健性的影响。
Analytical performance of determination for Li, Na, K by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES) with charge injection device (CID) was investigated. The detection limits of alkali metal and linear range of calibration curves were determined. The relation between relative standard deviation (RSD) and the concentration of alkali metals was described in detail. The influence of sodium concentration 40 similar to 800 mg/L on emission ratio of spectral lines Mg II to Mg I (Mermet test) was examined. The experimental results showed that the detection limits were 0.0002 mg/L for Li, 0.0013 mg/L for Na and 0.016 mg/L for K, The linear range of the determination were 10(5) for Li, (from 0.01 mg/L to 1000 mg/L), and 10(4) for Na, K. The lower radio frequency power can increase spectral line intensities. To get the precision of photometer RSD less than or equal to 1%, the concentration of alkali metals in aqueous must be Cu-Li greater than or equal to 0.01 mg/L, C(Na)greater than or equal to1 mg/L, C(K)greater than or equal to3 mg/L.
