摘要
报道烯唑醇和烯效唑光学异构体的色谱分析方法。样品与R(-)-戊菊酸反应制备成非对映衍生物,然后在普通高效液相色谱柱上实现了R(-)和S(+)光学异构体的分离与测定。方法的精确度为相对标准偏差2.0%~2.5%(n=8)。异构体衍生物的化学结构用气相色谱/质谱和红外光谱法鉴定。
This paper reports the methods for quantitative determination and identification of optically active isomers of uniconazole and diniconazole using their R (-)-2-(4'-chlorophenyl) isovalerie acid derivatives by high performance liquid chromatography on an ordinary Lichrosorb Si-60 column(25 x 0.46 cm), with a mobile phase of 20% V/V diethyl ether/petroleum ether at ultraviolet(254 nm). The relative standard deviation of the determination was 2.0% similar to 2.5% (n = 8). The structures of the isomer derivatives were confirmed by infrared spectrography and gas chromatography/mass spectrography.
