摘要
研究了紫外 真空紫外波段壁稳氩弧光谱辐射标准光源及基于同步辐射标准的传递标准光源———氘灯的光谱辐射特性 ,建立了高精度光谱辐射计量系统 ,在 16 5~ 30 0nm之间 ,将两种类型光谱辐射标准进行比对 ,相对光谱分布的一致性好于± 5 %。
The ultraviolet-vacuum ultraviolet emission standards including high temperature argon wall-stabilized arc and synchrotron radition were introduced. The spectral radiometric characteristics of an argon wall-stabilized are and a deuterium lamp calibrated by synchrotron radiations were studied as ultraviolet-vacuum ultraviolet radiation scales. With the spectroradiometris system of high precisin established by us, the comparison of scales between the argon wall-stabilized arc and the synchrotron radiations in the 165-300 nm range has shown agreement to within 5 %.
