The BACnet is a data communication protocol for the auto controlled net system in buildings. It is a common criterion for data communication. The intra communication and operation in the net can be realizad on the equipment produced by this standard. This paper introduced the architecture, topology, protocol stack of the BACnet, and two IP interlink techniques of the BACnet .
