论述了免清洗焊剂可靠性检测问题 ,并在试验的基础上做了比较和分析。提出了评价免清洗焊剂可靠性的必要性。
The problems of no-clean flux′s reliability examination are expounded,and the comparison and analyses are made also on the base of experiments.The necessities of evaluating no-clean flux′s reliability are put forward.
