Nd:YAG laser treatment of singers' disease under fiber laryngoscope

目的 Nd :YAG激光经纤维喉镜治疗声带息肉、声带小结等粘膜良性病变 ;方法 对 12 0例喉良性病变在纤维喉镜下行Nd:YAG激光治疗 ,激光波长 10 64nm ,功率 2 0～ 3 0W ,对病变组织凝固、气化和碳化 ;结果 术后门诊定期观察 ,最短观察 1个月 ,最长 1年。 12 0例喉良性病变 ,治愈 10 8例 ,好转 12例 ,有效率达 10 0 %;结论 该手术具有操作简便易行、准确率高、病人痛苦小、效果良好等优点 ,是一可靠的手术方法 ,易于推广。

Objective:To treat vocal cord polyp and singer's node etc.benign mucosal diseases by Nd:YAG laser underlaryngofiberscope.Methods:Nd:YAG Laser therapy was applied to 120 patients with benign laryngeal disease under laryngofiberscope.Laser wave length is 1064nm,laser power is 20W to 30W.Lesion tissue was coagulated,gasified and charred by Nd:YAG laser.Results:Periodic postoperative follow-up was adopted to observe voice status and vocal cord status of these 120 patients.The short estobservation time is 1month,the longest is 1 year.Of 120 patients,108 patients were cured,12 patients were improved,effective rate came to 100%.Conclusion:This operation has such advantages of simpleness.high accuracy.less pain,good effect etc.that it is a reliable operation and easy to spread.
