CO_2激光联合奥平栓治疗尖锐湿疣临床观察

Clinical observation of patients with condyloma acuminatum treated by CO_2 laser operation in combination with OPIN suppository

为评价CO2 激光联合奥平栓治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。我们在CO2 激光切除疣体的基础上应用奥平栓治疗尖锐湿疣 4 0例。结果显示 ,激光切除疣体联合奥平栓治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率达 91 5 0 %、术后复发率为 8 5 0 %,显著高于单纯激光手术组的68 2 0 %(治愈率 )、3 1 80 %(复发率 ) ,且整个治疗过程中未发现明显毒副反应。认为激光手术气化疣体联合奥平栓是临床治疗尖锐湿疣较为安全有效的方法。

To evaluate the effect of operation on patients with Condyloma acuminatum(CA) after Laser operation in combination with OPIN suppository.We treated 40 cases of patients with CA with OPIN suppository on the basis of CO 2 laser operation.Our results indicated that the cure rate of CA by CO 2 Laser operation in combination with OPIN suppository was obviously higher than simple CO 2 laser operation(91.50% VS 68.20%,p<0.01),but the recurrent rate obviously decreased(8.50% VS 31.80%,p<0.01).No sideeffect was foun dat the stage of treatment.This findings suppose that Laser operation in combination with OPIN suppository is asafe and effective treatment with CA.
