脐血成分检测及输注效果的研究

Element analysis of umbilical blood and observation of its transfusion effects

为了更合理和更充分地利用脐血 ,本研究检测了从健康产妇收集的脐血成分 ,观察了对接受手术治疗的妇科肿瘤患者输注脐血以补足术中失血的效果 ,并与输注成人血的治疗效果进行了比较。观察结果表明 ,妇科肿瘤患者术中血失量不多 ,输注小量脐血即可满足需要 ,提示对于失血量不大的手术患者可常规输注脐血 ,更充分地利用脐血这一新的血源。

In order to make full use of umbilical blood,the elements of umbilical blood taken from healthy lying-in women were analysed and the effects of umbilical blood transfusion into patients with gynaecological tumor in surgical operation were observed.The effects of umbilical and adult blood transfusion were compared.The results demonstrated that small amounts of umbilical blood transfusion was sufficient to meet the needs of the patients with gynaecological tumor because most of them had not lost much blood in operation.It also suggests that umbilical blood could be used as a kind of new sourse of blood transfusion in the patients with operation.
