摘要
主要对PbO-SrO-BaO-Nb2O5系、SrO-BaO-Nb2O5系铁电性微晶玻璃的介电性能进行了研究。利用X射线衍射图谱确证在一定的热处理温度下,上述两种组成均能析出四方晶系钨青铜结构的晶体。采用LCRMETER4225型仪器测量其电性能,测得的介电性能在测试温度范围内具有弥散性相变的特性,这与四方晶系的晶体结构是相符的。
Dielectric properties of glass-ceramics based on SBN(SrO-BaO-Nb2O5) and PSBN(PbO-BaO-Nb2O5) are investigated. When heat-treated, they will be crystallized in tetragonal structure. The two are compared in dielectric constant and dielectric loss. Their dielectric properties are in accordance with those of the crystal in tetragonal structure. (5 refs.)
