摘要
利用专用工装解决大型桥梁钢结构的整体装配制造问题 ,制定合理的装焊工艺采取防变形措施控制变形保证尺寸公差要求 ,用胎架连续布置方案解决了钢箱梁整体试装问题。
Using the special jigs and fixtures to solve the whole assembling of steel structure of the large bridge,using the reasonable technology of welding to prevent deformation and guarantee the tolerance of dimension,and solving the assembling of steel box girder by disposing the consecutive assembling frame
