纤维集合体结构对混纤型复合材料性能影响 被引量:6

Influence of Fiber Assembly Structure on Mechanical Properties of Commingled Yarn Composites

摘要 要利用膨松玻璃纤维纱 /聚丙烯长丝束与玻璃纤维纱 /聚丙烯长丝束的并列型结构 ,采用单向缠绕制作玻璃纤维 /聚丙烯复合材料 ,分析纤维集合体结构对混纤型复合材料力学性能的影响。试验得到玻璃纤维纱经适当膨松后 。 In order to investigate the effect of fiber assembly structure on mechanical properties of commingled yarn composites, bulked glass fiber roving/polypropylene filaments as well as glass fiber roving/polypropylene filaments are selected to manufacture unidirectional thermoplastic composites by filament winding. Experimental results show that bending properties of composites are improved obviously when glass roving is bulked appropriately.
