摘要
分析研究了聚丙烯腈基 1K碳纤维在不同热处理温度下密度及力学性能变化。通过研究发现聚丙烯腈基 1K碳纤维随温度上升 ,拉伸强度先上升后下降 ,拉伸模量随温度上升而增加 ,密度随温度的增加而增加。总结了经过高温处理后碳纤维的拉伸强度保持率 。
Mechanical properties and densities of 1K PAN carbon fibers with different temperature treatment are investigated in this paper.It is indicated that the tensile strength increases at frist and then decreases,and both modulus and densities increases at all time with rising of treat temperatures for the PAN carbon fibers. Tensile strength retention of carbon fibers after heat treatment is summarized and the tensile strength versus treat temperature is also analyzed.
