摘要
研究了间歇交变纵向磁场TIG焊接不同材料 (低碳钢、不锈钢和铝合金等 )的焊缝成形。通过大量的工艺试验及对焊缝宏观参数的测量 ,分析了该外加磁场对TIG焊缝成形的影响规律。试验还表明 。
This article introduces weld formation of low carbon steel,stainless steel and Al alloy by TIG welding in longitudinal intermittent alternative magnetic field.Through large number of technological experiments and measurements of macroscopic weld parameters,rules of the effect of applied magnetic field on the weld formation in TIG welding have been discowered.The experimentsshow that welding velocity and welding current of TIG welding in applied magnetic field also effect weld formation.
