摘要
用具有振动攻丝功能的振动攻丝卡头对振动攻丝切削力和螺纹加工精度进行了试验研究。结果表明 ,采用振动攻丝方法切削力呈现出理想的波形化效果 ,扭矩平均值为普通攻丝的 1/ 5~ 1/ 3,丝锥寿命显著提高 。
By using the vibratory tapping chuck with vibratory tapping function, the cutting force and machining accuracy of screw of the vibratory tapping are experimentally studied. The results show that the cutting force appears an ideal wave pattern effect by using the vibratory tapping. The average value of torque is only 1/5~1/3 of the traditional tapping. The tap life is remarkably improved and the accuracy of screw machining is obviously improved.
