在智能仪器中采用语音技术可改变传统仪器的“聋哑”状况 ,使仪器运行状况更为明晰 ,仪器操作更为可靠。本文介绍了语音的合成与输出技术 ,并就智能仪器中使用语音技术的方法进行了探讨。

Adapting the voice technology to the intelligent instrument can change the 'deaf\|mutism' of the traditional instrument and make the instrument's operating status more clear and its operation more reliable.The synthesis and output techniques are introduced and the method of applying the voice technology to the intelligent instrument is explored in this paper.
