防空武器装备发展战略应着眼于发展优势进攻性兵器

Strategy of AA Armament Developmet Lain in Developing Superior

针对未来战争中高技术空袭兵器所带来的空中威胁,从分析单纯性防空战略的劣势和防空火炮反巡航导弹的局限性入手,提出了转变“你有矛,我就发展盾”的单纯性被动防空武器发展战略,集中资源重点发展远程精确打击兵器和空中优势兵器,提高威慑能力,以进攻对抗敌方进攻,消除空中威胁。

In view of the air threat from air raid weapon of high tech in future war,the simple disadvan- tage of air defense strategy and the limitation of AAG against cruise missile,this paper put forward the conception of transformation the simple passive strategy for AAG,i.e“shield against spear”to a new idea of developing long range precise attack weapon and air offensive weapon on the base of synthetic use of resources to improve the capability against the enemy offensive and threat.
