摘要 用反相高效液相色谱法进行了 1,2 ,4-丁三醇的分离条件选择实验 ,通过已知物对照保留值定性 ,进行了杂质峰的鉴定。由于各组分折光指数相近 ,用峰面积归一化法定量是可行的。研究表明 :对于极性强 ,在较高温度下易分解的 1,2 ,4-丁三醇的分析 。 The selective experiment of chromatographic separation condition of 1,2,4 butanetriol was done by Rp HPLC. The chromatographic column was Micropak MCH 5(C 18 ,5μm). The mobile phase was water. The detector was RID. The impurity peak identify was done by the comparision between retention time of an unknown sample and that of a known sample. Since the refractive index of compounds were similar, the area normalization method was practical.The research showed that for the 1,2,4 butanetriol which has strong polarity and is liable to decompose, HPLC was more adaptable than GC.
