摘要
将单片机技术应用到导弹的控制器中,使原模拟控制器电路数字化,从而通过编程便可方便地改变控制器的控制规律并提高其动静态性能,对提高军品质量具有现实意义。该数字化控制器以80C196为主,包含74LS373、程序存储器2764、晶振电路和复位电路的单片机系统,及限幅电路、电源转换电路和滤波电路等外围电路2部分组成。数字化控制器控制软件采用PL/M-96高级语言编程,其中断处理程序用于辩别信号频率、累计每一频率持续时间。文中提供了单片机系统和外围滤波电路原理图,以及中断处理程序和主程序框图。
The SCM technique is applied in the controller for the missile, made the control circuit of original analog controller to digitize. The control law is easily changed via programming, and dynamic-static capabilities of the controller and the quality of military products is improved. The digital controller is composed of the SCM system with 80C196, 74LS373, 2764, the crystal resetting circuits, and periphery circuits with chopping circuit, converting circuit and filtering circuit etc. PL/M-96 program language is used as the software of the controller. The signal frequencies are distinguished and the persistence time of the frequency is accumulated with interrupt process routine. The SCM system and the block diagrams of periphery filtering circuits, and interrupt process routine and the block diagrams of main program are presented in the paper.
