The Closed-Loop Measurement System for a Force Equilibrium form

摘要 将控制理论中的反馈技术应用于力平衡式测量领域,形成力平衡式闭环测量系统。该系统将系统输出反馈与输入信号比较产生偏差信号,此信号经前向环节放大后调节反馈量直至偏差信号为零,其输出即为测得值。系统的构成主要包括前向环节和反馈环节,保证系统稳定或满足不同频响则需加入复合反馈环节和在放大环节中加入校正环节。并以力平衡式加速度测量系统和绝对吸引式圆盘电压测量系统为例,讨论了这种闭环测量系统的组成、原理、传递函数、特点和应用效果。 By using feedback technology in measurement field of the force equilibrium form, the closed-loop measurement system for force equilibrium form is developed. The deviation signal is produced by making the output feedback signal compare with the input signal. After the deviation signal is amplified by front link, the feedback quantity is regulated until the deviation signal is zero, and then the output is the measuring value. The system is mainly composed of front link and feedback link, in order to assure stabilization of the system or the different frequency, complex feedback link is added in the system and rectifying link is added in amplifier. Take acceleration measurement system for force equilibrium form and disc voltage measurement system for example, the structure and principle and transfer function of the closed-loop measurement system is introduced and its characteristics and application are discussed.
