摘要
在爆轰试验强干扰条件下,为实现应力波应变电信号的动态实时测量,采取了以背片方式代替平衡补偿片、通过双片双路测量的抗干扰方法。着重分析了应变计双片重叠安装技术、双路同期检测技术、多层屏蔽合理接地和电源隔离技术等有效的抗干扰措施,以及在模拟考核和多次爆轰试验中的实施效果。
Under the detonation test in intensive interference circumstances, the anti-interference method that the anti-interference measures of superimposed strain gauge is applied instead of balance strain gauge and double gauge double channel synchronizing detection, so realizing dynamic real-time measurement of strain signal of stress wave, is introduced in the paper. Some of effective anti-interference measures such as superimposing mounting technology for double strain gauge double channel synchronizing detection technology, multi-layer shielding feasible grounding and power supply isolation technology, etc. are mainly analyzed. The implementary results in simulative examination and a series of detonation tests are also described.
