摘要
目的 观察糖尿病合并视网膜病 (DR)者与相关因素间的关系。方法 应用Logistic回归方法 ,分析2 86例 2型糖尿病患者的病程、血压、血糖、血脂、C肽等与糖尿病视网膜病变间的相关性。结果 糖尿病视网膜病变者血压、餐后 2小时血糖、血浆胆固醇水平均明显高于对照组 ,DR与糖尿病程有显著相关性。结论 控制高血压、高血糖。
Objective To study the correlated factors of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods 286 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were analyzed with logistic regression method,with respect to course of illness,blood pressure,blood sugar,lipid and C-peptide levels,in order to find out their correlationship with DR.Results Blood pressure,blood sugar level at 2 hours postprandially and plasma cholesterol level were all significantly higher in diabetic patients with retinopathy as compared with the control group.DR is also markedly correlated with the course of the disease.Conclusion Having blood pressure,blood sugar and cholesterol levels well under control in diabetic patients is conductive to the prevention of complicated retinoopathy as ist progression.
