摘要
目的 :进行计算机辅助的颈椎三维图像研究。方法 :取人尸体材料的颈椎 ,行 CT薄层连续扫描 ,将图像数据转至计算机中 ,实现计算机辅助的 CT图像的三维重建 ,并进行三维精确测量。结果 :重建图像从形态和大小上与实际标本相一致。重建图像可任意旋转和多视角地检测。结论 :该三维重建方法为颈椎推拿手法的研究提供了一条崭新的方法和思路。
Objective:To study a method of three-dimensional(3-D) reconstruction processing system in cervical vertebrae based on personal computer(PC).Methods:The cervical vertebrae of cadaver were seriatim scanned by the means of thin layers, and then input the images into the PC. In the PC, the cervical vertebrae 3-D images were achieved from the CT images, and the 3-D measurement was processed.Results:The 3-D reconstruction images accorded with the real cervical vertebrae at the configuration and the size. And the 3-D images could be rotated and observed in any directions.Conclusion:The 3-D reconstruction technipue provides a new way for researching the chiropractic mechanism of the spinal manipulation of cervical vertebrae.
