Curative efffect of Metoprolol injection for patients with sinus tachycardia during operation

目的 :观察美托洛尔对围手术期窦性心动过速的疗效。方法 :对 43例围手术期窦性心动过速患者缓慢静注美托洛尔 (1.5～ 5 .0mg) ,监测心电图、心率及血压 ,观察用药前及用药后 2、5、10、30、6 0min的HR、SBP、MAP、RPP指标变化并行统计学处理。结果 :美托洛尔注射毕 2min后心率即显著下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论

Purpose :TostudythecurativeeffectofMetoprololinjectionforpatientswithsinustachycardiaduringoperation . Method:Metoprololinjection(dosgerangedfrom 1.5mg - 5 .0mg)wasgraduallyinjectedtoforty -threepatientswithsinustachycardiain theperiodofoperation .Thepatients’electrocardiogram ,heartrateandbloodpressureweremonitoredatthesametime .Toassessthechange ofAR、SBP、MAP、RPPat 2 ,5 ,10 ,30and 6 0minutesbeforeandafterprescription ,thevaluesofthemonitoringingexeswererecordedand analyzedthroughstatistics .Results:Theheartrateofthepatientswithsinustachycardiaduringoperationwassignificantlydecreasedinzmin afterusingMetoprololinjection .Conclusion :Metoprololinjectionissuitablefortreatmentofthepatientswithsinustachycardiaduringopera tion .
