Investigations on Presence of Dopamine D_2 Receptor Antibody in CSF of Parkinson's Disease Patients

摘要 目的 :检测帕金森病 (PD)患者脑脊液 (CSF)中抗D2 受体抗体。方法 :采用免疫组化和免疫印迹检测 3 0例PD患者CSF ,15例正常人CSF中的抗D2 受体抗体。结果 :7例浓缩 10倍的PD CSF存在抗D2 受体抗体 ,18例未浓缩PD CSF及 15例正常人CSF未检测到该抗体。结论 :部分PD患者CSF中存在抗D2 Aim:To detect an antibody of dopamine D 2 receptor in the CSF of PD patients. Methods:Dopamine D 2 receptor antibody in the CSF of 30 PD patients and 15 healthy people were studied by using immunohistochemical and immunobiochemical investigations. Results:Dopamine D 2 receptor antibody existed in 7 condensed CSF of PD patients and was not detected in 18 non condensed PD CSF and 15 condensed CSF of healthy people. Conclusion:Dopamine D 2 receptor antibody existed in the CSF from Parkinson's disease patients.
