摘要
目的 :探讨去骨瓣减压术对大鼠局灶性脑缺血保护作用的时间窗。方法 :改良Koizumi法制作脑缺血动物模型 ,然后在不同时间点行去骨瓣减压术 ,观察 7d内体重、神经功能和生存率的变化 ,第 7天时取脑行氯化 2 ,3 ,5 三苯基四氮唑 (TTC)染色 ,计算梗死灶面积和体积。结果 :脑缺血后 6、12、2 4h行去骨瓣减压术可显著缩小梗死体积 ,6、12h减压可显著改善神经功能 ,其中以 6h减压的效果最好。结论 :去骨瓣减压术对大鼠局灶性脑缺血具有保护作用 ,其有效时间窗为脑缺血后 2
Aim:To investigate effective time window of protection of decompressive craniectomy on focal cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods:Focal cerebral ischemia was induced by using an endovascular occlusion technique focused on left middle cerebral artery(MCA). Decompressive craniectomy was performed at insult side in 50 animals 6,12,24,36 and 72 h after MCA occlusion (MCAO) respectively. Body weight,neurological performance and mortality rate were daily observed for 7days. At 7th day,all rat brains were taken out and stained with 2% TTC, and then infarction size was calculated.Results:Infarction volume was significantly decreased in the animals treated by decompressive surgery 6,12,and 24h. Neurological behavior was significantly improved in the surgical groups of 6h and 12h. Low mortality rate and slight loss of body weight were also found in the early surgical groups.Conclusion:The decompressive craniectomy could reduce mortality rate and significantly improve outcome in a time window not beyond 24h after MCAO.
